How do I enter excess mortgage information if I have more than 4 mortgages?

Where do I enter Excess Mortgage Interest for more than four loans?

Solution

Print the Excess Mortgage Worksheet to manually calculate all loans (including the additional loans).

1. Go to Screen 25, Itemized Deductions.
2. Scroll down to the Interest section.
3. Report the total of all loans in the field Home Mortgage interest & Points on Form 1098 [A] (Ctrl+E) (code 21).

Note:  Lacerte does not generate any additional columns in excess of four mortgage loans.

I'm still trying to find the answer to this question.  When I click on the ling it takes me to a Corporate SSO and asks for a password.  I have no idea what this is.  Can someone please tell me how to enter more than 4 mortgages in the Excess Mortgage interest screen?  My taxpayer refinanced twice, the loan was sold, and they have a second home.  Help!
