    Has anyone gotten the following error while efileing? How do you fix it without entering te whole return over?

    We have seen this before. There is some kind of data corruption with the file. Please follow the steps in the article below to resolve.

    This has been happening to several of our client files and "All of the information on the screens may need to be re-entered" is not an option at this time.

    You can try running the clpack process after backing up you client database, yet if that does not resolve you will need to do the detail file swap in order to e-file unless you want to paper file.
