I am having trouble transmitting Form 114 (FBAR) for Individual client in Lacerte 2025. I have called customer service and the program has not been updated yet.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

The return was selected for FBAR Form 114 as always but when I transmit the tax return, I get this error message
"Failed Transmission, The program did not successfully transmit this tax filing..... Error code 54
Tax Year 2025 transmissions are not available. Lacerte is not ready to process Tax Year 2025 for this return."
I am not doing anything different. I have also called in twice to notify this to Lacerte support and they have verified that I am using the most current version.
Hi @sanjay Thank you for the additional information. If you haven't used Web Setup from the Lacerte Tool Hub, you could try that along with a Force Install.
Let us know if any of these help you transmit.
I got the same error trying to file Form 114 on Proconnect.
How can we fix it?
Do we need to wait until they update the program?

They told me to keep checking below website:
If you scroll down towards the middle it says:
TBD (To be determined)

Hi, I have same issue and same error message for e-file Form 114. I found though Lacerte form finder that Form 114 was final 01/07/2026 without water mark. I do not know why Form 114 is not ready to process....

I was told by Lacerte customer support to keep checking the website for the e-file status. They are aware of it and hopefully will fix it soon.
