Anyone else experiencing excessive error messages and significant lag time working in the Lacerte program, I should add we are using hosting through Rightworks as well. Been several weeks and appears to be getting worse. Mornings are tolerable, afternoons are not fun.
I am a small shop with a laptop and home internet and use Rightworks. I have had no problems like that. Except it crashed yesterday.
I advise calling the Rightworks support and bugging them until the problem is fixed. Based on a comment I heard one rep say I have a feeling that they are getting more complaints than we realize.
April 2, 2024. It crashed again.
