on a few clients now we keep getting
Detail file is missing or damaged
When asked to attempt to repair we click yes & nothing happens. We then have to exit the program & reboot.
Does anyone know why this keeps happening?

I would consider the FORCE websetup that part of the program repair tool.
If all else fails call support and they can help you.
Tried that as well, and still having issues.
