I have tax returns stuck at various levels and across three modules. I have been on hold with Lacerte support for two hours.
Does anyone know how to fix stuck returns?

Define "stuck at various levels".
Highlight the client on the Clients tab. Go to E-File pull down menu and select Step 3: E-File Acknowledgement Status. Then select Update Acknowledgement status for selected return. See if that helps. You would need to do this for each return "stuck" in each module.
