Is anyone constantly getting this error below when they try to EFILE a client to Lacerte:
Excemption occured attempting to process e-file(s) for client xxxxx. Failure to creating e-file. TEFil.LoadWholeFile: Unable to open Whole e-file mydrivexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (no exception, just bad result)
Basically after each EFILE sent in to Lacerte, I have to shutdown the program, re login, just to EFILE the next client.
Any suggestions or help?
