Client has tried remotely to "verify" signature through the Lacerte e-signature authentication process. She says she answered all of the questions correctly, yet, the authentication process has failed twice. Other than having her come into the office to sign her e-file documents, is there an alternative process through DocuSign?

That happened to us during extensions last year. The questions are similar to what they would be asked if running their credit report. I usually tell the client to slow down and answer carefully. When that failed (and it did), I used Adobe Sign (part of the Adobe Document Cloud package).
