Where is the foreign address being input?
What does the rejection say?
We are having the same problem. 95% of our clients are overseas and all the returns we've efiled in the last few days came back as rejected due to missing State. We tried using 'US' for the state but it was also rejected. I'm on hold with Lacerte for the last 70 minutes. I won't hang up until I get through.
