E-file reject code R0000-902-01: Taxpayer TIN in return header must not be same as TIN of previous e-file

How many prepares are getting this e-file rejection more this year.

I havent gotten any, but many preparers are having this issue because the clients went to the IRS Non filer site and filed a zero return to get the stimulus without reading the instructions that said to only use the non filer site if you're not filing a tax return.

We've had 10 reject for this reason so far.  Worrisome for the rest of the tax season, when 10 rejecting Jan-April is the norm.
