We're running in to a strange issue at work. Our clerical folks are scanning in some documents. For some reason, every once in a while, after they scan in a document it looks like any other document that was in that client is missing. However, when they refresh DMS all those other documents are there but the one that just got scanned is now missing.
I've done the DMS database repairs and that hasn't fixed the issue. I thought it might be an issue with us printing too many things from Lacerte into DMS at the same time as our clerical staff was scanning things but that doesn't seem to be the issue either. I'm kind of stumped.
