Then support said database is corrupt. Restoring a week old backup doesn’t work either. Their recommendation is to simply start a new database and give up on my old data. Is this a joke? Three hours on the phone and support refused to escalate.
Have you tried Tool Hub? https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/system-responses/fix-common-problems-error... There are a couple of tools for DMS.
I would use windows in uninstall DMS. Shut down the computer. Restart the computer. Install DMS. You say it failed. What was the message?

I did use the Tool Hub but it too failed to do a repair.
Restoring from a week-old backup also gives the error below.
I hope there's some kind of solution becuase we're talking about 80 GB of data! If I can't rely on the backups what good are they? I also have iDrive Backup and restored the original database but DMS doesn't recognize that either.
