- First, it failed on a Win10 machine. Tech support said install on Win11 and that failed.
Then support said database is corrupt. Restoring a week old backup doesn’t work either. Their recommendation is to simply start a new database and give up on my old data. Is this a joke? Three hours on the phone and support refused to escalate.
