I have $0 revenue for my newly completed apartment building. I have $0 revenue for the previous 3 years entered into Schedule B. Regardless, I keep getting a diagnostic error saying I need to enter gross receipts on Schedule B. What is up with that?

In Lacerte you need to enter negative one "-1" to be a zero.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
