Do not see the CT CHET 529 account number field which is generating a critical e-file diagnostic. Should be Screen 51 as in prior years. Does not appear to have moved and simply missing. Anyone else preparing CT returns seeing this issue?
Looks like CT removed the requirement to enter the account # for 2024 as it is no longer in the 2024 CT-1040 instructions. That explains why the CHET account # field is missing. However Lacerte is throwing off a critical diagnostic that the account number must be entered. Hopefully an update will fix this. I will try disabling e-fille errors when I go to e-file.
