hello i cannot install Lacerte 2008 in remote desktop when i try install on the installation i receive access voilation error please help with this thanks

Are you trying to install on this "remote" as a workstation?

Remote to what? Server? PC? OS? Using which connectivity tool?

If none of that is incompatible, why can't this be done locally?

I can't imagine you will be doing many returns of that age. I would just install locally on some computer and do the return. It will have to be a paper return, so as long as you have a printer and the program, you should be free to share the pdf copy and whatever else you need to do remotely.
