can't log into Lacerte 2020. Say they are going to email code, but does not come.

At the top of the forum today:

I got brave and downloaded the 2021 ProSeries program at the end of the day yesterday. This morning I tried to open the 2020 version and had the fun of playing waiting for a text then waiting for an e-mail and then waiting for a text, etc, etc. It looks like it is going to be another loooooooooong tax season😧
