University College Dublin no EIN number

The University College Dublin is listed as eligible university to participate in the federal student aid programs . That is good news, but I don't believe you will be able to efile in ProSeries, so it looks like you have to mail it in. Don't know why ProSeries does not allow, because I think Turbo Tax allows you to enter 99-9999999 as ein. Found this link in case you need to get a substitute 1098.

For Lacerte try entering ForeignUS in the EIN field.
