990 deadline for June 30, 2019

Does anyone know if the new IRS deadline of July 15 applies to June 30, 2019 990s with an extension already in place and an upcoming deadline of May 15th?

They seem to have lost their numbering. I actually had to count down to the 6th one. I think they kept the sequence, but definitely lost the numbering. It must of been one of the employees that they just brought back to work that "improved" it, sort of like PS did with the 2555-T ;-}
