2025 software updates

Why can you not update 2025 Lacerte Tax Software, it tells you try again later, and forms are not showing up to be able to review even though they are not available.  Phone assistance is not there?

Lacerte is doing an automatic update routine this year, FWIW.  

And there are a LOT of forms not yet available.

The 2024 Software recently released in 2025 is doing Silent Updates so the Tools > Lacerte Update is only good as a way of seeing that you are on the most current program version.

Lacerte seems to have it's own DeLorean! It doesn't indicate what date they traveled to when I found this written today 1/18/2025 where forms have already been released in the future.
