    2020 software problems

    I can not access the 2020 software at all. Lacerte says the path is not valid. I have not changed anything.  Anyone else having this problem?

    We had this issue last week.  When we looked at the Lacerte/20tax/setup20 folder it was empty.  We went online to Lacerte and redownloaded the installation files and then we were able to open Lacerte.

    Try the new Lacerte Tool Hub https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-l... the websetup with FORCE in this tool fixes almost everything.
