Anyone noticing this since the last update: We have to 'save' the tax return 2x (first time doesn't actually save), then once the 2nd 'save' takes place, the return is saved but utilizes an almost comic-book, cartoon-style font type. Sending this to clients is embarrassing to say the least.
Battling the temptation to take a massive amount of time to roll over to UltraTax who never has these types of issues and always has quick, English speaking customer support. Can anyone help me not have to do this and get this issue resolved? This might be my final straw...
