We had a client and his tax was filed, finalized a few months back. Today we needed to do a 1045 Form, we went into the system, all information was there as before and now it is gone. All his information is gone from the tax prep, final etc. Only basic info is in the system. I have a Client Copy off his return in our share drive but where is his work in Lacerte? He is the only member missing information. We do not know why it just "magically" disappeared.
