We are having random but persistent problems with Lacerte in both 2022 and 2023 programs. Older computers, new computers, it doesn't matter. It happens mainly in S-Corp or Fiduciary modules, but occasionally in the individual module. When it locks up, the data entered is gone when you get back into the program.
The program is installed locally on each workstation, with the client databases on our server F Drive.
Anyone else?
I use hosted. The only problem for me occurs when it boots me out about 7 p.m. each night. I enter my return and all the info has been saved.
