1) close program & re-open

2) Hard reboot of computer

3) re-install program via WebSetUp

If none of these work, report back.

I have this same problem!  Did the answer above help?  I have already done the first two suggestions and will be glad to do the 3rd if it helps!  Not great timing for this......
