is there a current issue with the eSignature dashboard

Hopefully your problems have resolved by now. I don't think this forum is active enough to track outages, so I'd recommend calling support in the future.  Always try logging out fully, restarting your computer (or remote desktop if hosted) and logging back in before calling them to see if that resolves your issue--it's faster than calling support, right? 😉
