Yes... Lacerte can't send 'em if the IRS is closed.
I suppose you can still send to Lacerte, but there won't be any ack's to pull.
Get the returns done and the extensions done NOW to get the ack's before Saturday.

But the shutdown only affects individual returns at this point. They haven't said when they are pulling the plug on the business returns yet.
