    Is the one page 1040 correct with the latest Lacerte update?

    With the latest Lacerte update the 1040 prints as one page.  Is this okay to use?

    Is there an explanation why "Page 2" is appearing?

    Would it not be more logical to state "Part 2"

    It is for the convenience of the preparer.  Instead of printing page 2 on the back of page one or a separate page, it is being printed on the same page as page 1.  The info on that section is still page 2 for IRS identification purposes.
