I am unable to access Intuit Link through the direct "Go to Intuit Link" click or clicking the progress of the client on my list of client page. This has happened before that it says I am signed in and when I sign out, it then will not let me go in and just gives me a frozen screen. I can't remember how a technical support person fixed it. I thought Lacerte was open to 2 PM EST today but it seems they are closed.
