IF the data was a back from Lacerte to the jump drive, THEN you can use Restore from the client screen of Lacerte to get it back.
IF the data was simply copied from a Lacerte drive,using drag and drop, THEN you need to try again so that the first option will work for you.
Data is stored in a convoluted manner and you can not simply copy a file and have it work on a new machine.
