Hi:
I have a situation where my client received Form 1095-A for 2015 (she's listed as the primary) and she is filing separate from her husband. On Form 1095-A, she received premiums to assist her in paying the health insurance and both her and her husband are listed as having received health insurance. Is she solely responsible for paying any excess premiums or is there a way to split the health insurance between husband and wife?
I appreciate any help anybody can provide as I'm not familiar with this.
