Trying to send my third esig for this year - never had this problem before. "An error occurred during the esignature envelope creation..." Never creates anything. First return with payment request included for this year. Support has over an hour wait so it was suggested I ask here!!
This did not solve my problem. I am on hold with customer support. Hopefully they will fix this.
