The MA Sch 3K-1s are not applying the MA apportionment percentage to the Fed Income. It is just dividing the fed income by the ownership percentage.
MA Form 3 pg 2 lines 13 - 20 computes the MA ordinary income/loss by starting with the Fed Ordinary income/loss and including any MA adjustments. But that is income from all states, and should not be alloc
