No such critter. Income and losses flow through to the shareholders so they don't exist inside a Sub S.
Are you sure you have one? It is only relevant if it was formerly a C Corp and will be used in the built in gain calculation.
Do you possibly mean at the state level? I'm in CA, and we have a franchise tax on S-Corps. So we have state NOL's, and they go on screen 43.012
