We are trying to e-file Form 990-PF and a Form 990-W is being generated for no known reason. We get an e-filing error that the 990-W is not included in this release. We have no reason to generate the 990-W but cannot suppress it, and we cannot e-file the return. Any help out there?

I had to look in the 2021 software to see what 990-W was. It's for estimated tax on unrelated business taxable income.
I would play with the entries on screen 13 in the "2023 Private Foundation Estimated Tax" section. See if that suppresses it.
