new client come with pdf tax return of prior year we are preparing this year tax return is there anyway i can upload that return so all data come in this year return correctly

No. You can convert other tax program data to Lacerte, but not from PDF. ProConnect does a conversion from pdf, but it only creates a summary of the return, not all the input.
Generally I suggest that you recreate the return in Lacerte. This gives you practice to learn a new program.
