How do I generate a report from Lacerte of the single member llc's from the individual module

I am trying to create a list of LLC forms for NY IT-204-LL that we need to file for 2021. Is there a way in the individual module to create such a report? I was able to do it for the Partnership module by adding items to a custom report but I cannot find an item in the individual module to show the Single member LLC's. Can someone please help?
