Has anyone used the cancellation line for cancelling an auto withdraw estimate payment?

We tried to cancel an automatic withdrawal of estimated payments using the 1-888-353-4537.  Has anyone succeeded in getting the payments stopped?

Yeah, I do a couple each year. Never had a problem.

Thanks, I completed it today. I just had to stay on the phone pass the button-pushing to get a person.

Yeah, I always have to talk to a person. I appreciate that the script they follow never involves asking if I'm the client or someone else.

Yes, I did take care of it, and I like the script too. However, it is easy once you do it and are no longer afraid you may be making another payment.
