A G A I N - could you PLEASE issue an alert/in-program notice that is very obvious what is going on with the following? A tiny bit of communication goes a long, long way.
1) Updated due date of 5.17.21 issue
2) APTC issue.
The forum is, again, flooded with the same questions over & over & over & over, thus preventing us hard working volunteers from finding/helping with legit questions. AND, because the threading/search function is so, so screwed up... there's no way to effectively sort anything. Right now, page one is 80% asking about the above. And we ALL know that trying to go to page 2 is an exercise in futility.

Ahhh...remember the days when a forum platform would examine the title and do a search to see if topics on that subject already exist, and offer them before allowing it to be started again...and again...and again...

A little bit of help FROM Intuit to help us unpaid volunteers try to help all of Intuit's paying customers would be appreciated. The PR department is dropping the ball.

We added some wording to the "Ask Community" pages in order to help get users questions answered before they post a question. Hopefully that helps, heres what it looks like:

One thing that seems to make the difference now is to explicitly include "Click These Links for more info" because it seems people can't be bothered.
