Form 8879

I'm relatively new to Lacerte and have a few questions about Form 8879.

1. In instances when I obtain a client's signature on a hard copy of Form 8879, is there a box that I check in the software to indicate this has been done? Do I need to upload a pdf of the signed Form 8879 into the software?

2. When requesting a "custom copy" print, I can select the state e-file signature form but not the federal. Can the federal Form 8879 be added to the list of forms that can be printed using the custom copy print feature?
