We are moving into extensions and trying to use the Extension Letter. (Settings => Options => Items to Print => Extension Only => Extension Letter).
This appears to utilize the sections from the Settings => Client Letter from Global Heading, Filing Instructions and Global Closing. I expected that for the Extension Letter that this would use EF Heading, EF Extension and EF Closing.
I have a ticket open with support but after an hour they agreed to escalate this. I was hoping someone might have some practical experience on the matter.
