Excess HSA contributions

I can't figure out why I am getting a diagnostic about excess HSA contributions for a family.  The amount contributed was $8,200.   The taxpayer is over 55 so my understanding the max contribution is $7,200 plus $1,000 catch up contribution.  This contribution was made by the employer and is on the Form W-2, code W.

Do you have the 8889 checked for Family? The amount on the W2 for W should flow to the 8889 so you should not be entering any contribution amounts on the 8889, unless the taxpayer made additional out of pocket contributions.
