Why doesn't the eSignature Dashboard load properly when I click on the dropdown menu option eSignature Dashboard ? At least half of the times I try to check the progress of clients that I am waiting on completion of the DocuSign process the Dashboard never shows up... I have to close out of Lacerte and reboot the program. Sometimes one reboot does the trick, but other times (like this morning) I have rebooted four times and still my client list does not show up at all... Very frustrating near the 7/15 filing deadline and a huge time waster to be required to reboot Lacerte so many times and hope for the best...Anyone else have this issue ? Any solutions ?
