Anytime I open 2019 Lacerte I am unable to access any of my Individual Tax clients. I am greeted with a pop up box that states that an error has occurred in the Lacerte Tax program. I am then unable to do any sort of work or access any sort of information. I have updated the software on my machine, updated Lacerte, uninstalled and reinstalled and have had no luck getting rid of the issue. Has anyone seen this before and have any solutions? I have included a screenshot below of what it looks like as soon as I log in.

Try the new tool. Two possibles - Use the FORCE install or - you may need the database repair, part of the tool
