Elective PTE Tax for SALT Workaround. California passed AB 150 and has it. I understand NJ has it. What other states have it?

Do we have a list of ALL states that have the elective PTE Tax for SALT workaround?

I come here for kudos and IRonMaN's jokes.

Your question implies that Lacerte should have a master list. Am I hearing you?

@George4Tacks  Thanks!

Over the weekend, I motioned a vote for establishing a Super Kudos, which is worth 5 Kudos ( - or should it be Kudoses??)  I think your post is worth TWO Super Kudos.

(Of course my question was worth ONE...)

I don't get this: (DO have a MA entity client)  BOTH MA and MI are on the list of "Vetoed by Governor"

MA is Yellow on the map and NOT on the list.

MI is Yellow on the map but on the list.

What do you expect from AICPA? Logic and correctness?

Here is an updated map - I need to give my thinks to Google and my ability to tweak wording to get what I WANT!
