Anyone else having issues with e-signature in the hosting environment? I only let's me get to the "recipients" page and then it won't let me get any further. I am in the hosted environment and I have to say I am less than impressed this year with not only that, but also the Lacerte process as a whole. Trying to call and get help is like trying to get through to the IRS, absolutely a time waster as if you do get through in a reasonable amount of time the people you talk with don't know what they are doing and end up putting you on hold and chatting with someone who supposedly can help them. Why don't you just let me talk with someone who knows what they are doing rather than having to wait on hold for hours to get an answer.
