How can you verify a pdf tax return was e-mailed through the Lacerte program. I have sent a pdf tax return through the program via e-mail but the client says he never received. The e-mail address was correct.

In my experience Lacerte uses an external application for e-mail functionality. For example I use Microsoft Outlook. All sent e-mail resides in the Sent Folder - unless otherwise configured by a user and/or administrator.
