Preparer info is correct in Settings and set to print on forms.

Go back and review ALL of the Preparer information http://cs.thomsonreuters.com/ua/ut/2018_cs_us_en/ius/elf/1040-e-file-error-codes/ind-013.htm

Look at how the preparer information is printing on the 1040 and verify PTIN, SSN, SE, etc.
