Hate to be the bearer of bad news. No, there's no way to do that.
Intuit Link is not built to be an organizer but a laundry list of open questions and document checklist that can be customized based on what's on the client's prior year return.
If you need prior year data, proforma organizer is what you are looking for. You can still use Link to disseminate and collect organizers. Simply create a request under Document Checklist, attach the proforma organizer, include some basic instructions for what your client should do with it, and ask them to upload the completed organizer.
