Client unable to return e organizer

My client has completed their e organizer and is getting an error message when they try to return it to me:

Error status received from E-org servers

Notification Not Sent

Sounds like a connection was established but there's a server side issue.  If this persists, you should probably contact Support.  They're the only people who can look into what happened and provide a solution.
